If you can access your POP3 mailbox over the Internet with a standard POP3 client then you can also access your mailbox with a standard WWW browser or a WAP mobile handset using World Wide Mobile Mail (WWMM).
WWMM provides the complete set of e-mail handling features like sending new e-mails, replying, forwarding and deleting. It is self-evident, that big e-mails and attachments are handled as required for mobile devices with small displays.
You do not need an account for WWMM. You only need an account for a WWMM independent mailbox of any Internet Service Provider.
